Housing Preservation for Low-Income Families

The Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka has awarded Mennonite Housing a grant to provide housing preservation assistance to low-income families who qualify. We have a team of individuals who will assess your home and your financials to see if you qualify.

Per requirements of our current grant, we are seeking 3 bedroom or larger homes, as well as those owned by individuals aged 55+.

Homes must also fit within the Qualified Census Tract/Difficult Development Area or Residential Economic Diversity area. To find if your home qualifies, please see the links below:
