"KEYS to HOMEOWNERSHIP"
Mennonite Housing Rehabilitation Services, Inc. offers HUD Certified, Home Buyer Education Classes in Wichita to ALL prospective Home Buyers in English & Spanish. The class provides an overview of the entire home buying process including credit counseling, financing, agency relationships, contracts, inspections, maintenance and the closing process. New Construction, First Time Homebuyers AHP Down Payment and Closing Cost Assistance and "Mutual Self Help" build your own home program information will also be presented.
There is a registration fee of $10 per household. English classes are to be pre-paid at Mennonite Housing, 2145 N Topeka, Wichita. Spanish classes will be paid on the date of the class. ALL PRE-PAID CLASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
